We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Manager to spearhead our international sales team and drive our global sales strategy for precision modular tool systems. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our global sales operations and contributing significantly to our company's growth and success.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and implement global sales strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Lead and manage the international sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company's global presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement training programs for the sales team.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Specialized Technology Degree as a Machinist or 7 years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical sales management, preferably in a global context.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of global markets and international business practices.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Fluency in French, German, and English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the supervised team, clients, and partners.
